Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel has unveiled a new feature on its mobile app that revolutionises the way customers plan journeys.
The Oxford Buses app now includes ‘personalised travel alerts’ which allow users to receive bespoke real-time updates on their favourite bus stops and services.
It means customers can stay informed on any potential delays, accidents, or disruptions that may impact their travel plans. By simply adding a particular bus service or stop to their list of favourites on the app and selecting notifications, users will receive personalised push notifications directly to their smartphones, ensuring they have the latest information at their fingertips.
