We’re searching for individuals who have the following:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and smart appearance
- Held a UK driving licence for at least 12 months and have at least one year’s driving experience
- Flexibility to work shifts
Having a PCV licence is not essential, so there's no need to worry if you’ve never driven a bus before! Full training will be given, and you will be paid while you learn to drive a bus – in as little as 6 weeks!

We have full-time vacancies for current PCV licence holders and non-licence holders where full training will be given. These positions are available at Oxford Bus Company, based in Cowley, Oxford.
You’ll start on £16.07 per hour from your first day of training or induction, increasing to £17.84 per hour (more on weekends) once you are driving solo.
We also offer a £3,000 bonus scheme for existing PCV licence holders.
